West 35th Baby strives for excellence in customer satisfaction. We will exchange or issue a refund for orders within 30 calendar days from receipt of purchase. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and we will gladly accept your return as long as the item has not been used, soiled, or damaged.
Custom special orders, such as furniture, bedding, and artwork, personalized items, monogrammed items, and final sale items are non-returnable. If you have an issue with any non-returnable item due to defect or damage during delivery, please contact us within 5 business days. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless item being returned was received damaged from courier.
To return an item for a refund or exchange, please follow the two following steps:

Once we receive your information, we will assign your return a Return Authorization Code (RAC). This RAC will ensure prompt and proper handling of your refund or exchange. Write the RAC on the packing slip and return to:

Please return your items via UPS, FEDEX, or insured USPS to protect the return against possible damage or being lost in transit.
We will issue a full refund as long as the return meets the conditions within this return policy.
